Aluma-Form in Mocksville, NC is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician to ensure safe operation of facility and machinery. You will troubleshoot and maintain injection mold machines, electrical and CNC systems, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and source parts as needed.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in industrial maintenance or heavy equipment, basic electrical/CNC understanding, and are able to lift up to 50 lbs. High school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance or heavy equipment experience.
• Basic understanding of electrical and CNC equipment.
• Capable of operating hand, power, and specialized tools.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Ensure correct and safe operation of facility and equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and maintain injection mold machines, electrical systems, CNC machinery, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic equipment.
• Identify faulty equipment through observation and testing metrics.
• Source replacement parts and perform repairs.
• Work with management to continually update the production process and system software.
• Attend daily shift meetings to prioritize work orders and minimize downtime.
• Safely operate cranes, power tools, hoists, and hand tools.
• Assess the condition of used parts using micrometers, calipers, and specifications.
• Maintain parts and tools inventory.
• Maintain electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics and mechanical knowledge via on-going training, industry workshops and technical reading.
