Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our processing plant in Reading, PA. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot and maintain processing and packaging equipment and support building systems in a clean, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with trade school, apprenticeship, or relevant military experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical theory and troubleshooting.
• High knowledge of electrical circuits and drawings.
• Background in troubleshooting control/low voltage systems.
• Proficient in electrical test equipment: multimeters, amp meters, megger.
• Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Maintenance safety protocols including PPE and LOTO.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally.
• Strong verbal/written communication; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and install processing and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot building electrical distribution, HVAC, and lighting systems.
• Follow planned maintenance procedures to maximize equipment life.
• Respond to maintenance tickets according to priority.
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, lighting.
• Collaborate with maintenance team to solve problems.
• Assist with inventory of parts and materials.
• Document usage of parts and completion of maintenance items.
• Other duties as assigned.
