Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance practices.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance requests and work independently.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, boiler, and pneumatic equipment with minimal supervision
• Respond to maintenance work orders and prioritize repairs to minimize equipment downtime
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
• Support installation, startup, and commissioning of new equipment and facility improvements
• Assist in developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives
• Plan maintenance projects, obtain material and cost estimates, and execute under maintenance leadership direction
• Fabricate, modify, and repair equipment components to support production operations
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards, quality systems, and audit requirements
• Identify unsafe conditions and proactively promote a safe work environment
