Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on production machinery, blow mold equipment and facility systems in Tracy, CA. You will diagnose issues, follow GMPs, and help maintain optimal processing conditions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
• OSHA forklift certification.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on production machinery.
• Install, adjust and repair blow mold, trimmers, palletizers and related equipment.
• Inspect and replace pneumatic and hydraulic hoses, valves and pumps.
• Troubleshoot root causes and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Follow GMPs and safety standards; overtime may be required.
