Job summary

Altium Packaging in Tampa, FL is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and blow mold equipment. You will ensure compliance with GMPs and safety standards while supporting various plant operations.

The role requires basic math, computer skills, and knowledge of pneumatics/hydraulics, with preferred experience in manufacturing and OSHA forklift certification.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Install, adjust and repair blow mold, trimmers, palletizer and related equipment.
• Perform mold changes and tool changes as needed.
• Inspect and replace hoses, valves and pumps.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain machines in optimal processing condition.
• Weld, fabricate, and repair various machines.
• Troubleshoot and locate root problems in equipment.
• May operate blow mold or injection machines.
• Communicate with other departments regularly.
• Duties may vary by plant.
