Qualifications

Three years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
Recent potash-industry maintenance experience is highly desirable.
Ability to operate forklifts, cutting equipment, arc welders, and power tools.
Strong planning, scheduling, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance services on operating equipment within assigned work areas.
Troubleshoot process equipment and identify mechanical or operational issues.
Complete preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
Participate in the Maintenance and Reliability program to help maximize plant efficiency and equipment availability.
Inspect equipment, identify deficiencies, and take appropriate corrective action.
Communicate and coordinate maintenance activities with coworkers, supervisors, Operations, and other departments.
