Qualifications

• High school or equivalent through GED program.
• 1+ years of industrial maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of motor controls, sensors, and gearboxes, including their operation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Understand the basic principles of industrial maintenance.
• Can read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English.
• Can read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, equipment manuals, and manufacturer instructions to complete maintenance and repair tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial milling and parboiling equipment.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on milling and parboiling equipment, electrical control panels, conveyors, pumps, pneumatic, processing systems, industrial dryers, etc.
• Clean, lubricate and adjust parts and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical/mechanical faults in equipment.
• Perform equipment installations support function.
• Input and retrieve maintenance work orders in a timely manner.
• Communicate knowledge and observation regarding process and/or equipment performance to other maintenance personnel, operations and management.
• Comply with all internal and external policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Keep work areas organized and sanitary according to set standards.
• Adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP, OSHA, and all company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for own personal safety and safety of others in working area.
