Job summary

Riviana Foods Inc. in Arkansas is seeking Maintenance Mechanics to keep milling and parboiling equipment running safely and efficiently.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose faults, and support plant operations to meet daily production targets. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year in industrial maintenance, with knowledge of motor controls, sensors and gearboxes, plus basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of industrial maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of motor controls, sensors, and gearboxes and their operation.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Able to read blueprints and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial milling and parboiling equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and electrical control panels.
• Clean, lubricate and adjust parts and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical/mechanical faults in equipment.
• Input and retrieve maintenance work orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure safety and compliance with GMP, HACCP, OSHA and company policies.
