Job summary

PSG is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maximize facility and equipment uptime by diagnosing faults and performing proactive maintenance across plant utilities and machinery. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to execute daily work orders while improving efficiency.

The role requires at least 4 years of facilities experience, forklift proficiency, and strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and hydraulic systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of facilities maintenance experience; forklift experience required.
• Proficient in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and hydraulic systems; welding and shop machinery.
• Experience using CMMS to log work orders and track parts.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on air compressors, dryers, forklifts, PIT equipment, and pallet jacks.
• Assist with installation of new equipment and site utilities.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Support general building maintenance and renovations.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance per guidelines.
• Install and maintain utility lines (air, water, gas, electrical).
• Complete CMMS work orders and ensure safety/quality standards.
• Analyze KPIs to improve equipment and workflows.
• Comply with Safety Program and LOTO procedures.
