Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) is seeking an entry to mid-level technician to keep our customers' factories running smoothly. You will perform break-fix and preventative maintenance, identify needed parts, and support the maintenance team in daily operations, all within a safe and organized 5S environment.

You will work with basic electrical and mechanical systems, use common hand tools, and may operate simple metalworking machines.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to perform repairs and basic maintenance.
• Experience with CMMS and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform entry to mid-level break-fix and preventative maintenance.
• Identify needed parts, supplies, and repair items.
• Provide support and back-up for department as needed.
• Ensure compliance with 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Participate in CI activities — processes, results and cost savings.
• Set up and operate simple machining operations and basic welding.
• Update CMMS records.
• Troubleshoot control systems circuitry.
• Complete technical self-study programs for career development.
• Follow safety policies and identify unsafe conditions.
