Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in maintenance preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in a maintenance or technical role, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery, equipment, and systems, including conveyors, feeders, mills, and kilns.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing issues to ensure smooth plant operation.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE as required.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Manager to prioritize and schedule tasks.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
