Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
• 3+ years in maintenance/technical roles in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery and systems such as conveyors, feeders, mills, and kilns.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing issues to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE.
• Maintain maintenance records and logs of inspections and repairs.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Manager to prioritize and schedule tasks.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
