Job summary

Power Brace is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to keep our Iowa manufacturing equipment and facilities in top condition. You will perform preventive maintenance, replace wear parts, flush coolant, clean sensors, and assist with basic repairs, following documented procedures and safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate works independently, communicates clearly with team members, and demonstrates strong problem-solving and manual dexterity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime.
