Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician - Level B is responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment such as horizontal form fill and seal machines, shrink wrap tunnels, forklifts, stretch wrappers, and electrical systems in the warehouse, along with building maintenance. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Job Type and Pay

Full-time, $34.00 - $38.00 per hour.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical handling equipment.
• Document maintenance activities and repair records.
• Replace defective parts, including welding and soldering.
• Maintain batteries and chargers.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
• Read schematics, manuals, and work orders.
• Use mechanical and electrical hand tools and measuring devices.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean work area.

• Facility Managers, Operation Managers, Contractors, Warehouse and Office Personnel.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
