Qualifications
- Experience in mechanical maintenance of industrial machinery and conveyors.
- Ability to read schematics, manuals, and work orders.
- Knowledge of lockout/tagout and OSHA safety practices.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS.
- Strong problem-solving with root-cause analysis.
- Able to work on-site in Morristown, TN and lift/move equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and troubleshoot line problems.
- Complete repairs and part replacements, following maintenance schedules.
- Document work performed and update maintenance logs.
- Read technical manuals/blueprints as needed; support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with production and safety teams to minimize downtime.
