Job summary

NanoXplore is seeking a Maintenance Technician in North Carolina to coordinate the installation, repair and ongoing maintenance of facilities and machinery. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving are required in a fast-paced industrial setting.

You will develop preventative maintenance plans, perform mold repairs, and support equipment installation while adhering to IATF quality and ISO 14001 standards. Proficiency in CAD tools like AutoCAD and SolidWorks is essential.

Qualifications

Diploma/degree in a related skilled trade or engineering field.
5–7 years of experience in industrial maintenance and tool repair.
Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
Experience using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and time-management skills.
Advanced writing, oral communication and technical presentation ability.

Responsibilities

Coordinate installation, repair and maintenance of facilities and machinery.
Develop and implement a Preventative Maintenance program for production equipment.
Perform mold repairs as necessary.
Respond quickly to equipment problems impacting quality, scheduling or cost.
Maintain perishable tooling inventory and initiate orders when needed.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
