Job summary

INX International Ink Co. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to work at one of our North Carolina facilities.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment, install piping and electrical components, and promote safety while reducing downtime. The role requires 3–4 years in industrial maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 55 lbs, and proficiency in reading blueprints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years related maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
• Strong reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Knowledge to troubleshoot, repair and maintain pumps, mixers and processing equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Read and understand blueprints and schematics including electrical drawings.
• Must maintain regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair electrical apparatus, transformers and wiring; install piping and related hydraulic/pneumatic equipment; align machines and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration as per program; document findings.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems, refrigeration, fire systems, water/sewer networks, engines, air compressors, and chemical treatments; support production as needed.
• Update and maintain maintenance records; keep 5S workplace.
• Hours: Mon–Fri 11:00 pm – 7:00 am.
