Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical school or industrial maintenance certification preferred.
• Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic equipment.
• Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, blueprints, or equipment documentation.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and preventative maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and document completed work.
• Replace worn components and ensure reliability and safety.
• Coordinate with production/operations to minimize downtime.
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
