Job summary

Crown Bakeries is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment reliability across the plant. You will perform inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems to keep lines running smoothly.

The role requires hands-on skills with pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, and three-phase motors, with a focus on safety and adherence to procedures. Work location is on site and coordination with the maintenance team is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires strong industrial electrical and maintenance skills.
• Experience repairing pneumatics, hydraulics and conveyors.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair and maintain plant equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Follow maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose, repair and test faulty equipment and systems.
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery for inspection and repair.
• Document maintenance work and parts used in CMMS.
