Job summary

Batesville is seeking a Maintenance Associate to maintain the machines across the plant and office, following job instructions, wiring diagrams, and blueprints to install, service, and repair complex mechanical and electrical equipment.

You will diagnose malfunctions, tear down and repair parts, and keep a clean, safe work area while adhering to safety standards. Weekend/overtime availability is expected to support operations.

Qualifications

• Maintenance role requires ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Experience maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime.
• Ability to follow safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Work from instructions, diagrams, and blueprints to install, maintain, and repair equipment.
• Diagnose, trace, and fix machine malfunctions.
• Tear down equipment, replace parts, reassemble, and test operation.
• Perform welding, piping, and other maintenance tasks as needed.
• Keep work areas clean and follow safety policies.
• Document repairs and maintain maintenance records.
