Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking Industrial Maintenance Technicians to ensure bakery equipment operates at peak efficiency at our Milwaukie, Oregon facility.

The role requires a hands-on technical mindset, the ability to rotate assignments across areas of the bakery, and willingness to pursue ongoing training to keep up with evolving technology. You will perform preventive maintenance, work with electrical, welding, and fabrication tasks, and use SAP for parts checkout and data entry.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; trade/technical certification is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC, welding, electrical, or related industrial maintenance fields.
• Proficiency with SAP for parts checkout, reporting, and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe work habits and proper tool usage in all maintenance tasks.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on bakery equipment; troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Identify wear and defects; replace or repair mechanical drive and conveyor components and align timing.
• Lubricate components and conduct preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and comply with all company policies.
