Flowers Foods, Inc. is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician I at the Lenexa, KS facility. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical drive and conveyor components, and use SAP for parts checkout and data entry.

The role requires climbing ladders, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with a focus on safety, quality, and adherence to company policies. Competitive pay and benefits available.

Formación

• 1+ years of technician experience.
• Experience in HVAC, welding, electrical, or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certs a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate safe work habits, proper tool usage, general shop practices, maintenance tasks, and general knowledge of support equipment.
• Perform proper component lubrication and conduct preventive maintenance on specific equipment.
• Identify mechanical wear and identify, troubleshoot, and replace mechanical drive and conveyor components.
• Use SAP software for parts checkout, reporting, and general data entry.
• Practice learned knowledge of environmental and maintenance programs.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.).
• Perform other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures.
• Possess or attain licenses required by their respective municipal, county/ward or state regulatory agencies to work with boilers, refrigeration components and various other job-related equipment.
