Flowers Foods, Inc. seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our Goldsboro bakery. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, ensure safety, and support multiple areas of the plant. A technical mindset and strong mechanical skills are essential.

The role requires climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds, with a focus on safety and quality standards. Experience with SAP is preferred, and on-site work is required in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent, technical/trade schooling a plus.
• 1+ years as a technician or maintenance role.
• Experience in heating, ventilation, electrical, welding or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate safe work habits and proper tool use in maintenance tasks.
• Perform lubrication and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Identify wear, troubleshoot, and replace conveyor components.
• Use SAP for parts checkout and data entry.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow company policies.
