Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of industrial maintenance experience or completion of craft apprenticeship required.
• Previous welding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, production and maintenance processes.
• Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times.
• Performs preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Utilizes mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance skills to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• When necessary, provides emergency / unscheduled repairs to equipment.
• Completes foundational machinist duties as needed.
• Reads and interprets equipment manuals and drawings.
• Diagnoses equipment issues, completes testing and repairs or replaces parts to make necessary adjustments.
• Detects faulty operations or defective materials and reports those or any unusual operating situations to proper supervision.
• Maintains the ability to work flexible hours or overtime based on business needs.
• Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization
