Qualifications

• 0–3 years experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Beginner proficiency in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical, welding and rigging.
• Commitment to continuous learning to achieve increasing levels of expertise.
• Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine inspections.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• May assist in managing machines’ performance by doing equipment setup and production changeovers.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly; maintain work records and prepare clear reports.
• Follow all safety standards and quality protocols to ensure production exceeds standards.
• Collaborate with production to solve problems with reliability and urgency.
• Recognize and report unusual or dangerous conditions; observe safety precautions.
