This hands-on role provides on-the-job training, where you’ll gain real-world industrial maintenance experience while earning additional certifications and expanding your technical skill set.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and equivalent experience.
• 0 - 3 Years experience in Industrial maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on Mechanical and Electrical Equipment, and/or Equivalent Military Experience.
• Beginner proficiency in Hydraulics, Mechanics, Electrical, Welding and Rigging.
• Commitment to Continuous Learning to achieve increasing levels of expertise.
• Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine inspections.
• Assist with equipment setup and production changeovers.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and maintain records/reports.
• Follow safety standards and quality protocols.
• Collaborate with production associates to solve problems quickly.
