Reporting to the Building Engineer, you will perform preventative maintenance, conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records to minimize downtime and maximize plant efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with mechanical and hydraulic systems in production.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage complex mechanical systems.
• Hands-on mechanical knowledge in a production environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with team and leadership.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company auto insurance.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Self-motivated, proactive problem-solving with results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Install, alter, and repair industrial equipment including hydraulic and mechanical components.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues early.
• Diagnose and repair faulty equipment to maintain efficiency.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and compliance with standards.
• Support the maintenance team and report to Building Engineer.
