Job summary

Poly-America, L.P., a leading plastics manufacturer in Grand Prairie, Texas, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our Maintenance Department. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade manufacturing equipment to OEM standards, following safety policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of industrial maintenance experience, a hands-on approach, and a willingness to learn Poly-America processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of industrial maintenance experience.
• Hands-on, safety-conscious, and able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Familiar with OSHA lockout/tagout regulations and basic mechanical tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade manufacturing equipment.
• Install new or relocated equipment and document procedures.
• Inspect equipment to OEM specifications and ensure safety systems.
• Work in a maintenance team and follow policies and procedures.
