Job summary

Zen-Noh Hay, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on facility equipment at our Pasco, WA locations. The role supports safety programs, regulatory compliance, and efficient daily operations.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience in industrial environments and basic electrical/mechanical skills. Strong safety mindset and ability to work independently or in a team are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred 1 year experience in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of hay press and cubing equipment preferred but not required.
• Mechanical maintenance knowledge of machines, tools, and basic repair.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Safety Program and daily pre-shift meetings.
• Perform maintenance and inspections on facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and replace components as needed.
• Maintain inventory and complete maintenance documentation.
• Adhere to OSHA and environmental regulations and wear PPE.
