StrataTech Education Group is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to keep machines, equipment, and campus structures in good repair at Tulsa Welding School Dallas.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with experience in a related field, as well as proficiency with hand and power tools and electrical testing devices. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and wiring/system installations, contributing to a safe and efficient campus environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with at least two years of related field experience.
• Experience using hand and power tools and testing devices is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints/repair manuals/parts catalogs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools to precision measuring instruments and electrical/electronic testing devices.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep machines and building systems running smoothly.
• Repair or replace defective equipment parts and reassemble equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical problems using blueprints/manuals and determine corrective actions.
• Order parts, supplies, and equipment from catalogs or suppliers.
• Assemble, install or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Attend semi-annual graduation and fulfill other duties as assigned.
