Georgia-Pacific’s Diboll facility in Texas is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician. This highly skilled, hourly position requires thorough understanding of safe work practices and hands-on maintenance of manufacturing equipment.

You will perform inspections, repair machinery, troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems, input work orders, and participate in preventive maintenance. The role requires flexibility for 12-hour shifts and possible weekends or overtime, with

• Experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment.
• Experience with conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and pumps.
• Three+ years in industrial maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Perform mechanical inspections and maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, power transmission and steam systems.
• Input work orders and maintain records of labor hours and PM findings.
• Replace defective parts and perform welding or machine shop tasks as needed.
• Perform and document preventive maintenance as scheduled.
