Job summary

Pine Lake Corn Processors (PLCP), a subsidiary of Innovative Ag Services, seeks a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our central Iowa operation. This on-site role at Pine Lake Facility in Steamboat Rock emphasizes safe, efficient equipment maintenance and repair to support our growing ag processing operation.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, and participate in safety training.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to communicate information or ideas effectively in written or oral form.
• Ability to organize, deal with change effectively, and work on multiple tasks concurrently.
• Possess math skills when performing basic operations.
• 10 years of maintenance experience in the industrial setting preferred.
• Must be able to work safely in difficult environments, IE: catwalks and confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Maintain required licenses, physicals, etc. necessary to perform job requirements.
• Maintenance shop operations include scheduling, making repairs, and inventory control.
• Installation, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of shop and warehouse areas in which you are working.
• Operation and maintenance of equipment and facilities at the location.
• Participate in safety and job-related training programs.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety and conduct.
• Create a positive, professional image to customers and community.
• Accept and carry out other assigned duties as given by the supervisor.
