Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a stable manufacturing operation in Medina, Ohio. You will troubleshoot equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and repair various industrial systems in a hands-on environment.

This full-time role offers a long-term career with a supportive team and exposure to hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and electrical systems up to 480V, with opportunities for growth and a performance bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors and conveyors.
Electrical troubleshooting up to 480V preferred.
Welding and fabrication experience a plus.
PLC troubleshooting preferred.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
Diagnose equipment issues and replace or repair defective components.
Install, maintain, and repair motors, bearings, gears, valves, sensors, switches, and related equipment.
Perform welding and basic fabrication as needed.
Install and repair hydraulic and pneumatic piping systems.
Complete maintenance work orders and preventive maintenance documentation.
Assist with equipment improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
