Job summary

The Andersons, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to keep grain elevator production equipment running safely and efficiently. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems with hands-on expertise.

Work involves reading manuals and schematics, using CMMS to schedule tasks, and ensuring adherence to safety policies while contributing to uptime and reliability across facilities in North America.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in industrial maintenance preferred; hands-on repair and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and overhaul production machines and facility equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment and/or mobile equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust equipment and systems.
