Job summary

The Andersons, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to help keep grain elevator and related production equipment running safely and efficiently.

You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems with basic to advanced diagnostic tools. Join a safety‑conscious team focused on continuous improvement, reliability, and uptime.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate’s Degree is preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant maintenance experience in an industrial setting is expected.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and overhaul production machines and facility equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs and perform preventive maintenance.
• Read and interpret manuals, blueprints and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust equipment.
• Maintain computerized preventive maintenance systems and uphold safety standards.
