Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a maintenance professional to ensure smooth production operations at our Texas facility.

The role emphasizes GMP adherence, safety, and proactive equipment upkeep to minimize downtime and protect product quality. You will troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, perform repairs and preventive maintenance, and collaborate with multiple teams to implement improvements.

Qualifikationen

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred.

Aufgaben

• Adhere to GMPs and safety policies and wear PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Perform repair maintenance, preventive maintenance, and line changeovers.
• Troubleshoot machinery (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic).
• Maintain production support equipment (glycol, RO, compressed air, lubrication, chemical distribution).
• Communicate maintenance and production information between shifts.
• Assist in training other maintenance personnel.
• Collaborate with adjacent teams to resolve issues and drive improvement.
