Echo Lake Foods, acquired by Cal-Maine Foods, seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair high-speed manufacturing equipment across our Burlington, Wisconsin facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, read schematics, and ensure GMP compliance in a fast-paced food production environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in industrial maintenance, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Advanced knowledge in diagnosing, troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing high-speed equipment.
• Experience with AC/DC motors and VFDs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on facility machinery and equipment.
• Complete daily maintenance documentation and logs.
• Follow GMPs and safety policies.
