You will diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, perform routine preventive maintenance, and respond quickly to equipment issues; experience with safety protocols is essential.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math and measurement ability.
• Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting.
• Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Repairs minor problems of buildings and foundations including mechanical systems.
• Communicates health and safety concerns to management.
• Troubleshoots machinery using pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical knowledge.
• Maintains machines in proper working condition at all times.
• Applies knowledge of carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, welding and masonry as needed.
• Follows policies and safety regulations.
• Prioritizes duties based on operational needs.
