Job summary

OmniCable is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Distribution Center in the United States. The role focuses on upkeep, preventive maintenance, and repairs of production and building equipment to minimize downtime and support efficient DC operations.

Responsibilities include electrical/mechanical repairs, troubleshooting, and coordinating with contractors for specialized work. A high school diploma and maintenance experience are required, with travel to other facilities possible.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and repairing warehouse/industrial equipment.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in maintenance.
• High school diploma; technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot a variety of industrial equipment in the DC.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to maintain uptime.
• Inspect and service facility systems (dock levelers, HVAC, doors, racking).
