Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Midlothian, Texas plant. The role involves maintaining equipment and facilities, performing welding and preventive maintenance, and reading blueprints. Flexibility for call-outs and shift duties is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade school or training program preferred.
• Commitment to health, safety and environmental policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift, manlift, light crane, drill press, cut-off saw and other tools.
• Weld and cut with ability to read blueprints or sketches.
• Perform preventive maintenance and install equipment.
• Respond to call-outs during non-work hours as needed and stay over if required.
• Create and update SAP work orders and complete reports.
