Job summary

Catapult North Carolina is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability and production operations in a fast-paced facility near New London, NC. The role focuses on maintaining automated production equipment, reducing downtime, and ensuring safe operation across a 24/7 schedule.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery in continuous manufacturing, with strong mechanical and electrical skills,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing/processing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with automated machinery and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems.
• Respond to breakdowns to minimize downtime and support production.
• Inspect machinery for wear and perform repairs on motors, belts, and conveyors.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and support safety procedures.
