We are looking for a skilled Industrial Heavy Machinery Technician to join our Fallsington team to ensure our heavy-duty production lines operate at peak performance.Job DescriptionAs an Industrial Heavy Machinery Technician, you will be the backbone of our production floor. You will be responsible for the high-level troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of heavy industrial equipment. This role goes beyond general maintenance; it requires a deep understanding of the mechanical and electrical systems that power our extrusion, coating, and converting lines.Key Responsibilities**System Diagnostics:** Troubleshoot complex production and plant equipment, identifying root causes for mechanical or electrical failures.**Operational Excellence:** Ensure all heavy machinery is running at company and OEM standards. Perform precise setups and adjustments to meet strict production deadlines.**Preventative Maintenance:** Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to schedule and execute repairs, replace heavy-duty components, and minimize production waste.**Reporting:** Monitor machine performance reports daily. Maintain clear communication with leadership regarding the status of ongoing repairs and completed tasks.**Safety & Compliance:** Adhere to all industrial safety protocols and environmental regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.Qualifications & Requirements**Experience:** 3–5 years of experience in a heavy industrial maintenance capacity (preferred). High school diploma or equivalent required.**Technical Expertise:** Proficiency in pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems is essential.**Fabrication & Repair:** Strong skills in welding, fabrication, and machine installation.
