Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to maintain mechanical devices, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems and related electrical equipment in our plant. The role reports to the Maintenance Leader and requires hands-on experience with lubrication, alignment, welding, and reading blueprints.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and basic computer literacy.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Technical certificate preferred but not required.
• 2–3 years related experience or training.
• Combined knowledge of mechanical technology with electrical circuits.

Responsabilidades

• Address process and equipment issues; perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Adhere to safety and housekeeping policies to ensure a safe environment.
• Use machines and measuring instruments for alignment, maintenance, welding, and repair.
• Plan and execute lubrication and routine maintenance on machinery.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to guide repair processes.
• Travel for training and other purposes.
• Follow lock-out tag-out procedures and perform electrical repairs only on de-energized equipment.
• Complete motor replacement and wiring repairs as required.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
