Markent Personnel is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to maintain mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems in the plant. The role involves preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and reading blueprints to guide repairs.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 1-year technical certificate, and 2–3 years of related experience. Expect to work on varied tasks, travel for training, and maintain records with accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-year certificate from college or technical school.
• 2–3 years of related experience or training.
• Combined knowledge of mechanical technology with electrical and electronic circuits.
• Basic computer literacy is expected.

Responsibilities

• Address process and equipment issues, conduct preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Adhere to safety and housekeeping policies to maintain a safe environment.
• Use machines, instruments for alignment, maintenance, welding, and repairs.
• Plan and perform lubrication and operational maintenance on machinery.
• Assist with development projects and manage data/records.
