Job summary

Tier1usa is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Manufacturing team in Arkansas. You will perform maintenance, troubleshoot problems, and repair electrical, mechanical, and industrial equipment to keep our operations safe and efficient.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, safe troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineering to diagnose complex issues. Proficiency with MIG/TIG welding and component replacement is valued to minimize downtime and ensure quality

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• A high-school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Rotational molding experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and champion safety procedures.
• Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and industrial equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical issues on industrial equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering or electrical experts for complex problems.
• Assemble and use MIG & TIG welders with accuracy.
• Replace bearings, adjust chain or belt tension, and replace sprockets.
• Maintain records of replacements and rebuilds of motors, gearboxes, and drives.
• Perform preventive maintenance on hoists and other equipment.
