The role supports HVAC and facility systems, with emphasis on safety and quality compliance. Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent, 5+ years in manufacturing, and ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred in electrical.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic PC skills with Word and Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings.
• Strong automation, hydraulic and pneumatic skills.
• Able to perform problem-solving with production needs in mind.
• Must set up and maintain maintenance schedules; manage projects to deadlines.
• Must be a goal-oriented team player with good communication.
• Overtime availability as required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical controls and plant equipment as needed.
• Set calibration schedule for main equipment.
• Operate voltmeters, ammeters, and ohmmeters.
• Ensure power and water systems are in good working order.
• Maintain HVAC system (filters, coil cleaning).
• Perform tasks with equal or lower grades to support operations.
• Complete required trainings and projects by due dates.
• Keep work areas clean and compliant with safety rules.
