Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our McAllen facility operating safely and efficiently. You’ll perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on building systems and equipment essential to daily operations.

The role requires hands‑on experience in building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and dock door equipment, with a focus on problem‑solving in a fast‑paced industrial environment. Strong safety awareness and teamwork are important.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems.
• Experience repairing and maintaining dock doors and warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot independently.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, building systems, and exterior grounds.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues throughout the facility.
• Maintain and repair dock doors, dock levelers, and related warehouse equipment.
• Follow all safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with additional maintenance projects and facility improvements as needed.
