Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 2+ years in industrial maintenance or mechanical repair.
• Electrical certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime and safety.
• Maintain and repair building systems including electrical, mechanical, and basic plumbing components.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and hazardous material handling requirements.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
• Support facility operations including housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and sustainability.
