Fabcon in Selkirk, New York is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support safe, efficient precast concrete manufacturing operations. You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and facilities to maximize uptime.

Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic issues, maintaining conveyors and loaders, and documenting work in CMMS/IFS. A strong safety mindset and ability to work overtime are required.

Competenze

High school diploma or GED required; technical training or two-year technical degree preferred.
2–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or heavy-industrial environment preferred.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and related equipment.

Mansioni

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and facilities.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain and repair conveyors, mixers, cranes, and heavy equipment.
Weld, fabricate, cut, and perform minor electrical repairs as needed.
Document maintenance activities and parts usage in CMMS/IFS and follow safety procedures.
