Job summary

Berkshire Precision Tool, LLC in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a qualified Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production machinery, as well as maintain building mechanical systems and exterior grounds. This role requires a valid Massachusetts driver’s license and may require MA Class 1-D hoist license (Forklift).

You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment using manuals and diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

• A thorough understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems is critical.
• The ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues is a core competency.
• Basic computer literacy is necessary for operating equipment and using maintenance management systems.
